The Build & Pricing

BASE PRICING
(bare set, no design, no bags, no upgrades and no clear coat, primer or stain):

• As of Summer 2022 the average base pricing is $200.

DECK/TOP TYPE:

• 3/4″ Edge Glued Aspen – Standard and preferred.
• 1/2″ or 3/4″ Birch plywood No longer working with plywood, but I may accommodate special requests.

FRAME TYPE:

• 1×3″ Select New Zealand Pine (zero knots and smooth as butter)

OPTIONAL UPGRADES:

• Peg-style scoreboard on the back of both boards = +$30
• Suitcase style carry handle with no hardware joinery = +$20
• 8 all-weather bags – regulation size & weight = +$30

BOARD BUILD DETAILS:
All exposed square edges hit with router round over bit.
All surfaces sanded.
Fold-able legs.
Pocket hole joinery for hidden fasteners.
Frame corners glued in addition to the pocket screws.
Top can be glued in addition to pocket screws at no extra cost.
